Introduction

PN-48AF Automatic Color Tester is used to measure the D65 brightness (R457), D65 fluorescence brightness, color and color difference, opacity/transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient and ink absorption value of objects. It is widely used in papermaking, printing, textile printing and dyeing, ceramic enamel, building materials, chemical industry, food, salt making and other industries.
It has the following features:
Measure the color and color difference reflected by the object, and can display or print: diffuse reflection factor Rx, Ry, Rz, tristimulus values X10, Y10, Z10, chromaticity coordinates x10, y10, z10; lightness index L*, chromaticity index a*, b*, chroma C_ab^*, hue angle hab, dominant wavelength λd, excitation purity Pe, color difference 〖∆E〗_ab^*, lightness difference 〖∆L〗^*, chroma difference ∆C_ab^*, hue difference ∆H_ab^*, Hunter lightness L and Hunter a, b, etc.;
Measuring D65 brightness (R457), can measure the fluorescent whitening degree produced by the excitation of fluorescent substances in samples containing fluorescent whitening agents (FWA);

Measure excitation purity Pe;

Product features

1.    It adopts a new module circuit design and has WIFI Internet of Things function. 2.    It has big data statistics function, and statistically displays the average value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation;
3.    Advanced electromechanical tester integrated design, fully automatic intelligent switching of Rx, Ry and Rz optical channels, truly realizing one-key fully automatic measurement of whiteness, chromaticity and color difference, greatly improving detection efficiency and accuracy;
4.    Automatically switching the fluorescent light path, replacing the manual pull plate design, realizing one-key automatic measurement of fluorescent brightness, intelligent operation, and no human interference;
5.    The tester uses simulated D65 lighting body illumination. Adopts CIE 1964 supplementary chromaticity system and CIE 1976 (L* a* b*) color space color difference formula.
6.    The tester adopts d/0 lighting observation geometry conditions. The diameter of the diffusion ball is 150mm, the diameter of the test hole is 30mm, and a light absorber is provided to eliminate the influence of the sample's mirror-reflected light;
7.    The tester has power-off protection, and the calibration data will not be lost after power failure;
8.    The reference sample can be a physical object or data; 10 reference samples can be stored and have power-off protection.
