Edge Protector Compression Tester

    PN-PPT500F Edge protector compression tester is a testing instrument designed by our company based on the latest industry standard BB/T 023 to measure the vertical compression and lateral flexure of paper protector. It is mainly suitable for L-type paper protector. It is an ideal testing equipment for paper corner protection manufacturers, quality inspection institution and other departments. The paper protector is made of multi-layer high-strength kraft paper with adhesive bonding. It has the characteristics of high compressive strength, high pressure resistance, good toughness, not easy to break, high strength and stiffness, etc. Increase the three-dimensional pressure resistance and eliminate the damage to the edges and corners of the goods during handling, storage and transportation. 
    This instrument is an electromechanical integration product. It adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and is carefully and reasonably designed with advanced high-speed ARM processors. The instrument has two working modes: longitudinal compression and lateral bending.
