In the high-speed automatic packaging line, it is easy to have the phenomenon of weak adhesion or card packaging, which reduces production efficiency. The main reason for the above phenomenon is that the proportion of the stiffness value of the cardboard and the crease force value of the cardboard after indentation is not suitable.
Working principle of 15° stiffness: Under standard conditions, the force or moment when the specimen of the specified size clamped at one end of the bending is bent to 15°, expressed in mN or mN·m.
Working principle of 90° crease stiffness: After waiting for 15 seconds for a specimen that has undergone a 90° bend, its resilience is measured, expressed in mN.
