Introduction
It is mainly suitable for the tensile strength and wet tensile strength of toilet paper or other thin paper such as cigarette paper; tensile strength, tensile strength, elongation, crack length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index of low-weight paper; 180° peel strength of pressure-sensitive tape.
Tensile principle: Using a tensile testing machine, the specimen of a specified size is stretched to fracture at a constant tensile speed, and its maximum tensile resistance is recorded.
Wet tensile principle: the maximum tension of the wet specimen per unit width before breaking when the specimen is first soaked in distilled water or deionized water.
180° peeling principle: a glue tape is glued to the stainless steel plate, the stainless steel plate is fixed on a fixture of the tensile testing machine, and another fixture of the testing machine clamps the free end of the adhesive tape, and the stainless steel plate is at an angle of 180°, and the adhesive tape is pulled at a specified rate, and the average force value of this process is recorded.
