PN-BBTF ball burst tester is a new type of tissue paper ball burst tester developed in accordance with the latest national standard GB / T 24328.7 and ISO 126259.Tissue paper refers to paper products processed from low basis weight, dry wrinkle and certain "non-wrinkle" base papers, such as toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper handkerchiefs, paper towels, paper napkins, paper towels, wipes. These products can be single-layer or multi-layer laminated, paper can be one or more layers, and the products can be sheet or roll, folded or unfolded, embossed or unembossed, printed or unprinted . The common basis weight of single-layer toilet paper is 10g / m2 ～ 50g / m2. Tissue paper products are processed by end-users using tissue base paper.GB / T 20810-2018 "Tissue paper (including tissue base paper)" stipulates that the spherical bursting resistance value (finished product layer) is greater than or equal to 1.5N, the spherical bursting resistance is measured the finished product layer according to GB / T 24328.7.
